The yearbook pictorial takes place after the subscriber chooses its time and date prefer. In this event, the subscriber should attend to the scheduled pictorial on time. The students who are on the official graduating list released by the Records and Admissions Office (RAC) are only allowed to attend and have their pictorials to the official photography studio. Subscribers cannot enter the premises once they do not have their pictorial schedules. The VINTA, on the other hand, will not include photos that were not taken by the photo studio itself.

For an organized outlook and a smooth process for a pictorial session, the VINTA provides guidance to be duly followed.

1.  No bringing of personal hair and make-up stylist to the venue of the photoshoot. 

2.  Subscribers can dress according to their preference provided the University’s dress code is duly observed. 

3.  For the casual photoshoot, cross-dressing is strictly prohibited in compliance with University’s dress code.  

4.  Once finished, leave immediately to the photography studio to reduce crowding.

5.  Toga for the Undergraduates formal photos will be provided by the studio. On the other hand, for Professional School graduates, please inquire at your dean’s office on what toga to use.

Guidelines for Males:

1.  Gentlemen's haircut or clean-cut; 

     ponytail for long hair.

2.  No hair color.

3.  No wearing of contact lenses.

4.  Wear white long sleeves with a collar

     and tie for innerwear

5.  Wear slacks and leather shoes.

6.  No make-up.

7.  No mustache (exception for Islams).

5.  No dangling earrings and necklace.

6.  Wear tube innerwear.

7.   For creative pictorial guidelines.

Guidelines for Males:

1.  Gentlemen's haircut or clean-cut;

     ponytail for long hair.

2.  No hair color.

3.  No wearing of contact lenses. 

4.  No wearing of Earrings. 

5.  Light make up only

6.  No mustache (exception for Islams).

Preparation for Females:

1.  Use liquid foundation.

2.  Light make-up only.

3.  No wearing of contact lenses.

4.  No hair color.

5.  Wear tube innerwear.

6.  Skirts, dresses, etc. above the knee is not allowed.

The subscribers are urged to follow the abovementioned pictorial guidelines imposed by the VINTA. Failure to do such, photos will not be reflected and included in the 2021 yearbook edition. Also, for subscribers who do not follow these policies and guidelines particularly the proper dress code,  photos will not be included in the 2021 yearbook edition since the VINTA Yearbook has the right to decline or refuse any violated photos which may be potentially prejudicial to the interest and image of the Organization and of the University at large.
